By using this site, you are subject to the Terms and Conditions set out by Nude Natural Skin Care Limited, hereinafter referred to as “Nude”.
Payment
Nude accepts purchases made with either Visa or Mastercard. All charges are made in New Zealand dollars. If using a currency converter, please be aware that the amount charged will be as per the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase.
Credit Card Confidentiality
Nude does not hold any record of your credit card details. We use ANZ eGate which is an online payment gateway, hosted by EFTPOS New Zealand Ltd. You will be directed to a secure site hosted by ANZ eGate for payment.
Returns
If your product arrives and is faulty, broken, or not what you ordered, we are happy to arrange a refund, exchange or shop credit. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you are not happy with the product you have purchased, we are happy to talk about a solution with you. Please contact us to discuss your options. In most cases this will include your ability to return your product to us in exchange for either a refund, exchange, or shop credit.
Shipping Charges
All shipping charges are added to your shopping cart before you reach the check out. New Zealand carries a flat fee of $5.00. Shipping for all other countries are calculated on weight and country of origin. Rates are calculated for Australia, UK & Europe and Rest of World. We aim to dispatch your order within 1 - 3 business days.
Any input duties or handling tariffs placed by the country of origin are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery Times
Nude aims to have your purchase delivered within the following time frames:
New Zealand and Australia: 2 - 5 business days.
All other countries: 5 - 14 business days.
